Sucks worse for HIDTech though. I can see business drying up.

Unfortunately thats how it goes sometimes. You win some, you loose some. I've seen HIDtech work done before. This is the first of what 200+ retros they've done that flopped. I say, just refund him the total, or opt to give him a new set of lights properly done to replace the ones he got for free and that way their rep will be saved and he can be happy. WHo knows, probably got screwed by the Fedex guys....I've seen that happen before

I dunno how fedex was responsible for the foam exposure and the use of the foam itself. I haven't had experience with them so I can't say anything for sure as to the quality of their craftsmanship. If it was a problem with fedex, shouldn't have HIDtech packaged it properly? I may be adding fuel to the fire but I don't really have a side. Sean has been very cooperate in my purchases.
