For what it's worth, I have had very good success with this vendor over the last month or so. I have purchased three sets of their cheaper lamps (4,350k temperature instead of the current 4,750k temperature). I couldn't justify paying double the price ($40 vs $20 a pair) for 400k in lighting temperature. All three sets shipped separately, and I received all three in a very timely fashion.
I think any beef you may have is with the USPS, and not this seller. My two cents.
BTW - I can't compare the brightness or color between the two different temperatures, but I am very happy with these lamps. I installed a set in my '04 RX330 fogs, my high beams, and a pair in my wife's Acura CL regular headlamps.

I bought two sets - one for the fogs and one the main headlights for my 97 Maxima SE. I will post up pics when I get them installed.
