Hello: I am new to the forum. I have a 93 sc400. The high beams (round ones at front), park lights, side markers, and the tail lights are all lighted up when I strat my car with the lighting control at OFF position. Is ti normal? I understand the driving light is mandaotry in Canada since 1990. Was that a retrofit done locally to comply the law? Anything that I can do to keep ONLY the high beams on as the daylight driving lights? Any help will be appreciated.
