with u.s.$ and cdn$ are near parity, a used lf-a is $100K more in canada than a new one in the u.s.

My Canadian allocation changed ownership very quickly at CAD 470K (all in).
So I must concluded that both of these cars were allocated to the US.

If you had the money why wouldn't you just buy it in the states and bring it over. Even after taxes and import fees your still ahead of the game. At 100k more in Canada.

You do realize that we get them up here too.
In fact, our local dealer is still waiting on a 'Ring edition for a lucky customer.

The White LFA in GTA is "rumoured" to be a US spec car....

The rumors are true! It's a grey market LFA in Canada. The giveway is the speedometer readout in MPH and miles and the temperature is still in Fahrenheit. It is not changeable to metric unless the speedo brain is reflashed for metric usage.

Huh, didn't notice they are from different dealers. I don't think any dealer can get hands on 2 LFAs at the same time.

of course i do. last i heard 10 allocations, and supposedly all sold out. that's why it got me curious if these cars are from the US instead
