Voice Command works only with selective USB flash memory
In the old models of RX350 (2016-2017) i used to listen to music thru usb flash memory SANDISK and never had problems
Now i have a RX350 2020 and If i connect a flash memory USB(Sandisk) to the data (non to the charge) the voice command doesn't work
The Lexus RichmondHill Dealer checked the issue and find that ALL the SUV RX350 model 2020 have the same problem
The find also that to resole this issue is to use for data ONLY USB flash memory from KINGSTON
