2014 IS350 F sport with 51K miles. Navi screen blacks out after a phone call and will come back on after 15 seconds showing only 1/2 of the screen working (left side). The other side is blank. Any theories on what this might be and how to fix?

Has anyone replaced the screen and if so, what was the cost?

 

Had a 2013 gs350 with the same problem. Lucky i had warranty but if i had to pay for it would been about 2700
