Door Lock and Window problem
Hi,
I've searched the forum and the problem is similar to some but it's not the same. Here's my problem.
I've had a rear brake light bulb that went out for a week. When my wife went for an oil change the tech said he'll changed the light for her, which he did and the brake light is now working.
When she came home, she told me the driver side window and door lock is not working and this is where I'm at now.
1 - Drive side Window problem --- When trying to use the auto down or up (pushing the button all the way down or up) I use auto DOWN and the window will move down a liitle and then back up aliitle and stopped. (window never went all the way down). This problem happens on DOWN or UP.
2 - Driver side Door Lock --- When using the remote to open door or doors, all other 3 door will open except the driver side. When inside the car and using the driver side lock/unlock switch it locks and unlocks all doors. (this means the actuator is ok, right?)
What puzzle me is there is power to all these problem, so it's not electrical.
I wonder if it had to do with the rear bulb. Someone else had the same question in this forum. Is it possible that the bulb/electrical can cause this????
Please help, I don't have warranty on this car anymore. So maybe I can fix it myself.
Thanks to all in advance
Frankie

Hi audiogil,
Oh no, I don't mine questions. I am the one looking for help, how can I get annoy. Thanks.
I think I had fix it. But I am not sure how I did it. I went to the fuse box and took everyone out and checked. All were good, but what I did was make sure it is tightly plug in. I also check the rubber hose on the door hinges and kinda shake it a little. Start the car, the power window works fine and so is the door locks...Thanks to all....
