This is awesome !! I cant wait to purchase. Does this use the phone mini hdmi cable? Can it charge the phone when plugged into the system? Will everything be accessible when the vehicle is in motion? Can you still change say music and videos with the steering wheel controls?

Thanks! Phone will connect through HDMI for video input, charging will go through USB and control is through bluetooth! All functionality is available when the car is in motion so you have to use it wisely and safe. Steering wheel controls will work for track selections. Please keep in mind if you have MHL phone, you will need to get MHL to HDMI converter adapter.

 

Need to test it, but should be no problem.

Eugene, One of the first things I'm going to do with the rezound I have by HTC is test the capability of the proprietary odd yet genius two in one port... I'm betting on THAT phone at least that it will charge the phone while also mirroring.

Will this unit support BOTH an iPod/iPhone and an android based phone?? Or will there be a model that supports both. My wife has an iPhone 4s and I have an HTC EVO.
