Default Remote Start / Alarm advise

2005 es330
I have a new Autopage C3-RS-730 2way remote start / alarm in the box. I knew I would have to buy a module to override the anti theft. I didn't realize I would need another master key to program the module. I only have one master key. Is this true that it takes 2 master keys? Any advise on where to get a cut master key for cheap?

no need to get a 2nd key.. all u need is the Idatalink ADS-TB bypass mod it learns the from the 1 key u have to bypass oem transponder system... but u will need an authorized idatalink dealer to flash the mod with the appropriate firmware...

Can that be done online or do I have to find a shop/dealer locally?

You could use PKALL bypass module without using the master key. Here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/Directed-Elect.../dp/B001N7RE44

once upon a time u could go online an flash the mod but as of aug of last yr idata requires u set up an acct to flash a module..(i have a lot of local shops, send guys by regularly so i can flash mods for them). what id suggest is whomever u buy the mod from make sure they can put the proper firmware on the ADS-TB before they ship it out.. then u can print the install guide free online...

make sure you give the shop/company u get the mod from ALL the info u have...what brand, model alarm as well as yr,mk,mdl car so they can set it up properly.. d2d (data to data) mode will save a ton of time in installing the alarm.. if not u can always go w2w (wire to wire)
