a friend of mine got me a toyota wiring harness for free...but it has two connecters that lead into one single connecter..is this the right one? theres no bare wires..all the wires lead to a connector (harness) of some sort..so would i have to cut one of the harness's off at one end? like it has all the speaker wire connections in it also...is there one that only has the power wires? and i dont see where i could hook it up to..

do i need to get to the amp, or is their a wiring harness that hooks up to wires behind the stock head unit? will i be able to use the illumination feature this way also?
