94 SC400 NAK CD 12 Changer reset?

94 SC400 NAK CD 12 Changer reset?
How do you reset the CD changer? I pushed the disk button several times to jump disks now it goes through all 12 and gives an ERR and stops. Does not stop at one disk and play.
