RE: 1990 LS400
I was attempting to familarize myself with taking out the stock deck to hook up some audio equipment and not paying attention I had the radio turned on at the time. I was pulling out the bottom cigarette and lighter unit and the radio flased on an off. I turned everything off and put everything back together and when I went to use the cigarette lighters (either front and back) they didnt work. I took everything out and double checked connections but I'm assuming it's a fuse since the radio flashed on and off. Anyone have any ideas?

 

fixed the problem- there was a screw inside the cigarette lighter that was blowing fuses whenver something was plugged into the socket.
