Okay, it stopped working like a year ago but I never used the radio and bought a new car. But, I am interested in possibly fixing it now if I can do it at a VERY fair price, hopefully almost nothing doing it myself.

What's going on is it seems like it's almost just off track. I hear the motor going, so that didn't burn out, but it's not catching the antena mast. You guys think I can get in their and put it back on track, or maybe a little piece or plastic in there broke or what?

Any ideas are appriciated.

Depending on the make of antenna, it may just need a new track (like a tank track - these break). Getting the dealer to replace the track vs replacing the entire antenna may be difficult.
