Default Need 2003 GS300 Master Key

I just bought a used 2003 Lexus GS300 and it only came with one key. I was wondering if anyone knows how to deactivate the other key(s) which likely are floating around somewhere. Also, If I buy an uncut key and the transponder unit off of Ebay how would I program the new master key since there are many different directions on the internet and I'm not sure which one applies to the 2003 Lexus GS300? How would I get a Valet key as I've never seen one of those for sale on the internet?
Thanks for your help!

take it to your local dealer and they can delete the unaccounted keys and program your new one... get your new one cut first... but first, make sure the FCCID matches your workingkey...

bad experience with buying a key from ebay eventhough the FCCID matched. . . i went to two lexus dealerships here in socal and either would do it, so verify with your local dealer first. . . another problem i had was that the metal part was a tad bit longer than the key my car came with. . . so be careful with the keys on ebay. . . btw, tried to get a refund and guess what i couldn't. . .

check out the website http://www.sparecarkeys.com You can buy the key & have it cut before you receive it. You also get easy to follow programming instructions. Be careful buying off of eBay. Many of the Lexus remotes look the same, but the frequencies are different.
