i think it uses the TOYOTA INTEGRATED AMP harness. only thing is you need to get a deck that has front and rear audio pre-outs cuz that harness converts speaker wires to RCA's so you need to plug those into the front and rear audio pre-outs.

I have that harness... Only thing is, it dont plug into any of the plugs... i think it only works for 93 and up models... Called a few stereo places here and they said there isn't a harness for this car and i'd have to rewire the whole car... but there's gotta be an easierway... Thanks for the input!

The mounting kit is simple... just get a Toyota Pocket, there will still be almost an inch gap left, just find you a piece of plastic and cut it to fit the space... I just need a wiring diagram, i still want to use my factory amp for the speakers...

you have to re-wire the cars to get anything aftermarket because the shop I had my first unit installed in didn't know it and told me they could get it done in about 30 min and then that changed to about 3 hours or so cause they have to rewire it all, sorry, our cars just seem like they were meant for the stock audio cause no one seems to make much for pockets and what not besides custom ones
