Alpine double DIN head unit in GS300.
For my first mod I purchased an Alpine IVA-W200 and put it in tonight. I'm extremely happy with the end result. I have a couple pics, they aren't very good since my camera sucks, but I'll get some better pics in daylight (one pic is huge I know). Here they are:

This head unit has a full speed Ipod connection, so you can control the Ipod right from this screen. You should be able to hook up changer also, either by a V-Link cable or just an auxillary input.
Here's a link to it on Alpine's website: http://www.alpine-usa.com/en/product...model=IVA-W200

However, I just bought a W200 for my other car and since it uses the High Speed i-Pod connection in a seperate port and NOT the Ai-Net connection you should be able to run the i-Pod and changer without needing the Versatile Link unit.
