'98 GS4 with stock audio system. I put in a CDRW to see if it would play, it didnt. But now, with the sleeve in or out the changer is making a weird noise like its going through the CD's seeing how many are in there. The changer works fine, CD's play normal, but it keeps making that damn noise.

I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes just to clear everything, but still does it.

Anyone have a clue what made it start doing that and what will make it stop?

Noise stopped this morning on its own.

Gotta remember never to try playing CDRW's again.
