I bought my 2002 LS430 from the state when i was studing there and i took it back with me. now i can't use my nav system because i need to instal the DVD NAV update for Saudi Arabia. i bought the CD of NAV system of Saudi Arbia from Lexus and when i but the CD it's show the message " can't read cd"!!!!!
i bought the cd for more then 500$ and when i asked Lexus the said that they can't help because i bought the car from the state and it's a diffrent system??
also i can't return the CD because i open it!!!!!

can anybody help with this issue please. because i really need help.
