The DVD Nav software for New ES has a lots of new features. It also coves Canada and has more POI and route options. I was wondering if it will run on GS or it might be a version like that for GS. I have not get any definit answer on that from Lexus yet.

I'm also interested in a DVD update for the Nav in our '01 RX300. Including Canada would be a huge plus, as our trip from Massachusetts to PEI was somewhat confusing.

Our home address isn't even on the DVD that came with the vehicle.

My service department seems to think one will be available in about a month or so, covering Canada and two different languages (like the ES300).

As usual, Guess we'll have to wait and see until it's finally released....

 

i have the new one in my IS300..

it has usa and canada, and speaks english or french

also finds malls and resteraunts , banks gas stations

What version do you have? Go to "Menu" > "System Option" and it should show the version number.

When did you purchase the vehicle?

 

I have a 2002 Is300 , picked it up 2 weeks ago

the version date says 2001 though
