1/2 Din Size Eq Or Crossover
any of you guys running either eq or crossover or a combination of both
on the dash? they come sometimes with a 1/2 din size and can be installed right below or under
your aftermarket head unit..............if you have one.
if so, what is the best unit out there? so far im looking at clarion eq's in which they have the
1/2 din size available but im wondering if they do the job for the entire system. any other brands out there you would recommend?
tks for any feedbacks

I don't have one for my GS, but I ran an Eclipse 21010 1/2 DIN equalizer in the Tahoe I just got rid of. It worked flawlessly...tons of adjustability and no loss in sound quality.
BTW...this particular EQ won the Auto Sound Grand Prix Award for product of the year in 2002. Eclipse makes some phenomenal audio equpment.

The Eclipse EQs are a good choice. AudioControl is one of the best out there. Depends on whether you want graphic or parametric, and how many bands you want to be able to adjust. Sony had a decent half-din graphic that has stood the test of time.
On the flip side, there's nothing worse than a cheapo EQ. Usually better off with none.
