Default Dash Warning Lights

I have a '90 LS400. I have been experiencing an intermittent problem with the warning lights on my instrument panel. I would say 2 out of every 15 starts the dash waring lights light up during start and then stay lit. If I turn the car off, start it again they function properly. Only once did this not work but the lights flickered on/off a couple times before they stayed off. Has anyone had this problem before?

This may be a problem with the ignition switch. Next time it happens try jiggling the key back and forth just a bit.
