Congrats! I put my deposit down Feb 3rd, and was going to contact my salesperson for an update... but felt it was too early. I'll message him later this week as it'll be 3 months then. Hope I get mine soon too! I think it's gorgeous and clean.

 

takes months after deposit,,,try not to dwell on it and time will fly....:}

 

I ordered my bespoke on Feb 2 (no deposit needed), Lexus accepted my order on Feb 22, product confirmed on Mar 22, car built on 4/4, ship departed port on 4/10, arrived at port in US on 4/22, and it’s still being processed. Soon it will get put on a train and then a semi truck. My salesperson texted me today saying my allocation has shown up in their system and right now will arrive between May 8 - May 26.

Thanks for those details. I find it interesting that the allocation shows up in the dealer's system AFTER the car already departed Japan and arrived in the US? You'd think the status would change much earlier since it was allocated to you/your dealer from the get go. In any case, I put down a deposit on February 5th but Lexus corporate didn't officially accept the order until March 26th apparently. My salesperson always said it would take 4-6 months so I'm just patiently waiting.

 

Friend snapped this at a Costco in Tennessee. I'm only jealous because I need a full size SUV when I go to Costco. Doubtful my Vert will see a Costco lot except for getting Gas.

I was expecting to hear from my dealer during each step of the process and did not. After the order was accepted by Lexus, I didn't hear from my salesman for a while until all of a sudden he texted me and told me the car had been built (and sent me a picture of the arrival events upcoming). So it's possible you may have a similar experience. Mine us supposed to show up this month, but until it does...it hasn't

 

what did U order,,i Had to put $5K down on order acceptance and the balance on pickup..went to pick up car and there was a guy sitting in it wanting to drive it home,,he was disappointed..:{

 

I remember reading you saying someone was sitting in it upon pickup. That made me laugh...how ridiculous. I ordered a new bespoke convertible and ironically, no one has ever asked me to give them a penny. I kept waiting and even asked at one point and they said no. This dealership is pretty great and the salespeople there seem more excited for my car to come in than I am.
The invoice is $121,795.00

 

hope UR gettin it for MSRP....I told salesman NO add ons, warranties,service promises,lifetime car washes ad nauseum...they did add Simoniz Glass Coat $1000 which I refused and they said its free..this glass coat is amazing, so shiny on top of Lexus paint job..I would have paid for it. I have topped it 1X with TEC 582 ceramic detail spray and the shine pops..

Very similar experience. No info other than when the car entered build and then a call saying it was on its way to the port. Also, not the car I wanted (see post 30 in thread HERE if interested)

 

How you get away with no front plate in Vancouver !?!? makes me jealous
