All cars were brand-new, with less that 200 miles on them... most are from day one of the LPDS. What is this "break-in" period, again? lol

 

I DNS but I would guess that after they spend their year at the tracks, they are made special deals to certain Lexus employees. That's the easiest way to negate any possible
product liability from their hard lives. At $1000 a day entry and only a few track days a year, the whole excercise is a write off for The Mothership. They assume probably correctly,
that collectively the attendees will Loudly toot many a horn on what a great day they had and how well the cars performed. That's far better advertising than any agency can provide.

Road Atlanta is one of the tracks I did HPDEs at for years. Such a great course. I would love to get out there in one of these cars to see what they really have!

 

Just got back from getting the windows tinted. Love the look…

 

Nice work TGIF. NH frowns on deep tinted windows, factory ok.

 

It’s actually only 35% which is legal here in GA, although you see a lot of cars with darker than that running around.

 

Other than just driving like a mad man, heavy tint is a great reason for the Blue Meanies to have at least a chat with you.

Gorgeous car, beautiful day! I was born and raised in IL (Naperville) but have lived in NC for 30+ years now where almost every day is like that here and I can drive my LC with the top down nearly all the time. Enjoy!
