Sometime I am back into parking spot,too. But one time I back too far and it curbed under my rear bumper, I hear a creaking loud noise. Luckily I check and see no damage.

Just remember to use the lines on the backup camera At least the rear bumper has a lot more clearance so another reason to back into a spot.
