What do you mean by "vertical lumber adjustment"❓

That it doesn't move up and down, so it's in a fixed position, and only moves in and out. Got it? For $100K+, it should be 4-way adjustable. Heck, seats should have massage too. Ha ha.

Even the touring seats don’t have thigh extension. That’s one thing the Germans do much much better than Japanese are seats. I’ll take a manual thigh extension even.

no thigh extension
Limited lumbar adjustment in the sport seats
no way to individually adjust boaster strength
no massage function
no headrest adjustment (in and out, verticality, etc)

everyone complained about the infotainment when in reality the only thing that wasn’t on par with competitors are the seats.

Mine was the Cayman GTS, so exactly the same seats as yours. Mine was fully optioned, so full leather everywhere, but no Alcantara on the seats or steering wheel (just the headliner). The LC sport seats are perfectly fine for me, except the very end of the seat cushion (left side). The shoulder bolsters are uncomfortable for passengers. The touring seats, which are almost identical, except without those 2 issues, are perfect. And yes, even better than the Porsche IMO, which are fine, but not exceptional.

The infotainment of the LC, even the '24, is subpar, as well as the driver aids, which unbelievably, are a generation behind (2.5 vs 3.0). But at least compared to the even worse Jaguar F-Type, acceptable, I guess. Both are very old cars, with the Jaguar even more so (2015 vs 2018).

I always use the climate concierge so the only thing ive ever had to adjust was the temperature. I didnt need to fiddle around with anything for climate. Plus once you use the system long enough its pretty 2nd nature. Its the same with my wife's RX, and my old ES (which surprisingly was touch screen). Lexus UI has never been good.

As for music, i always use apple carplay and then steering wheel buttons.
I honestly do not understand the beef with the infotainment on the older ones. At least the older ones i can split screen on the base UI (map + bt music for instance) instead of being forced to use a singular screen.

The only thing i crave on the 2024 are the 10 spoke rims and the 360 degree camera. The rims i can just purchase, but the 360 degree camera cant be retroactively installed.
