Default No start button of fob?

Finally made the deal on a new LC. Just set up the remote start app. But very surprised there is no start button on the fob. All our other vehicles have had one, including our Highlander. Any ideas on why the LC does not?

I'm sure that I'll discover other foibles and have other questions.

Thanks for any input.

Assuming it's like other Lexus vehicles. Press the lock button on the fob 3 times and hold. As long as you are signed up for Enform Remote, the key fob should work for remote start.

Thanks! I'll try that in a short while when I drive back to the dealer to show me all the gizmos!

Thanks again, it worked. Now I'll experiment and see from how far...

Unfortunately, not very far... I use the app far more as I can start it up from my desk as I leave work, and about 5-7 minutes later (big parking lot), when I get out there, it has a good start on warming up or cooling off.

have to be careful where you work or start the car too... some folks might report your car as suspicious to the security... and they might make it more than what it is....

I do suppose that is possible, but so far that hasn't happened to me. I've been using the remote start for about 3 years now without issue.
