Anyone know what is the recommended maintenance schedule? Online it shows: THERE ARE CURRENTLY NO MAINTENANCE DETAIL AVAILABLE FOR SELECTED VEHICLE for LC500H.

 

You could always RTFM.

 

Oil change is every 6 months, or 5000 miles. I want to switch to synthetic after the first two free oil changes. I don't know why it doesn't come from the factory with synthetic oil.

 

Because changing synthetic at 6 months is a waste.

 

There is a caching issue with the online maintenance web page in some browsers. Go to the following URL and select your MODEL and YEAR. If the page doesn't load you need to clear the browser cache. In Firefox this is done my pressing SHIFT and selecting the page-reload (circular arrow) icon. You can Google how to clear cache in other browsers (I only use Firefox).
