Default L-SB-0032-25 P2111 and Throttle Body Replacement

Anyone run into this on their LC? I was surprised to get a MIL on my 2025, which the dealer seems to think is this LSB. I was surprised to see this goes all the way back to the ISF. This is my third consecutive 2UR-powered vehicle too.

I got this code but only after I switched air filters to the Tom's drop in. I never got it addressed because I'm sure they'd take one look at my car and blame the modifications and then not cover it.

Interesting. This happened randomly last June. Then it didn't happen again until a couple of weeks ago. I came across the LSB and showed it to the dealer. They agreed the problem was the same as described in the TSB. I'm all stock under the hood. For what it's worth it seems to be heat sensitive issue. It's only happened on the hottest days after prolonged period of idling or driving it hard.

It's definitely not consistent. I had tracked the car and run it quite hot before the filters and never got the code. Then swapped the filters and literally got the P0505 code (Idle speed control) listed in the LSB within a few drive cycles. When it came up it popped a bunch of codes at the same time and my dash indicated emergency braking system issues, ABS issues, etc.

Did you take it in and have the dealer address the issue / LSB?

Yep. I just got the car back this morning. Seems fine, but as long as the MIL wasn't on it felt fine before too. I attached the service ticket.

Personally no, I'm pretty sure they'd say "not covered due to modifications to intake/exhaust and ECU" and send me on my way. My car never went into limp mode on P0505, and I never got the P2111

I just had the code deleted.
