Default Throttle body issues, '23,'24.'25??

Apparently there were some throttle body issues with the '22 model. Does anyone know about the 2023-2025
models...or have personal experience with theirs?

Thanks for any info or help knowing what might be happening.

I have a ‘23 with 16k miles and had it replaced under warranty a month ago. A bunch of warning lights came on (see attached). The continued to drive fine. The service advisor originally thought it might be a depleted battery () but then told me it was the throttle body.

From memory 22 models had a gasket in the mid part of the exhaust not sealed properly.

I had my TB replaced at 14k miles. I had all the same error codes that Phillip posted. I forget what thread it's in but someone explained why we get such strange codes for a bad TB. My car drove perfectly normal while it was going on. It was covered under warranty.

Mine is a 24. Sticker on the door jamb says it was built in Dec of 23.

I don't have any evidence but I think they fixed it for 25 models. I don't recall any 25 owners posting pics like this. I wouldn't be shocked if the part number in Toyota's TIS is different now compared to earlier model years.

So, apparently it's an "issue of some kind" for '24's. I'll have to ask Serv. Mgr. when I pick up my '25 and see IF
he knows anything. I'll report back if I learn anything useful. I SHOULD have my car...hmmm...by about
Sept. 7th. It's still at the Lexus facility at the Long Beach port....I believe.

Mine is a 2022 and has been rock solid except for a minor bumper separation - I wouldn't worry about all the what if's. This is a great and all issues here have been relatively minor (the worse was the CEL due to the gasket on some of the 2022 and teh bumper thingy) but you have 4 years of warranty and may never need anything! I am potentially buying the UE and I am not even worried one bit about potential issues with this car - Don't fret it and besides, at the rate you trade cars, I doubt you will have it more than 3 years and will have moved on

No not worried, etc. Just like to know about things...esp. with my mech. background. I know the warranty is there. You may be right
about how long I will have it, but, honestly, it's getting now to the point of coming " to the end" of car trading. I'm older than most all
here I'm sure. So, this MAY be my car world "swan song!" Sad to think that way....but, I'm a realist. But, what a car to have as my last
"hot rod luxury car!"

I had the exact same issue as my neighbor Philip... At 13k miles, I got a bunch of warnings, but the car drove just fine. Took it in, and the service department said the throttle body needed to be replaced (under warranty).

I totally forgot you had the issue! Like @wthrman2 , my 2022 has been rock solid. I just have issues with hit-n-run drivers and animals! 🤦🏽‍♂️😎

When I had my 22 LE I got the same codes. Ended up pulling the throttle body and cleaning really good. Codes never came back until I sold the car
