im kinda sad they dont have circuit red interior anymore. this roja red is a bit too dark for my liking. Circuit red + infrared exterior was one of their best combos but for some reason, not sure why it was limited to canada only (or bespoke).
Yes the Manhattanhenge. The true unicorn of LC500. You almost NEVER see it. I almost got one but was hesitant about the Cadmium exterior. If it was more bright orange, I would’ve done it.
I still regret it a little because it’s the true unicorn.
So...let's play the Prediction Game a lil' bit more!
In October 2024 Lexus announced the 2025 IS.
In May 2025 they announced the IS 500 Final Edition and that there would not be a 2026 IS model.
Do we believe that they will most likely do this with the 2026 LC 500?
I predict that the 2026 model is the last year of this fine automobile and they might do the same type of Ultimate/Final Edition finishing out 2026.
They are very close to releasing news about the upcoming coupes (rumor is next month at the auto show in Japan)...and they are gonna need a plant in which to build those bad boys next ear....
I am getting dangerously close to ordering a 2026 Bespoke.....

Prime example of how preferences are unequivocally individual. The Circuit Red is nice but I find the deeper red (Rose? Burgundy?) Rioja more beautiful and sophisticated. It’s a very attractive understated two tone combination with black. An excellent interior scheme in the LC 500.
It will be interesting to see if the Lexus Performance Driving school continues in 2026. If so, what vehicles will be used since the IS and RCF are being discontinued. Will the LC still be the track vehicle for the Performance Class? While at the last event this year (Indy), no one seemed to have an answer yet.

Agreed. I had a thought about this a few weeks back. As of now the LC is the only vehicle still around in production that is used. When I was there in ATL this year they mentioned these cars get 2-3 seasons of LPDS before they are cleaned up and auctioned off, so I think they may still run it in 2026 as they can use 2024-2025 models of IS500 and RCF. At least, I hope they do so I can have a chance at the Masterclass day in Sonoma

It would be great if any "new" designs were either incorporated into the School or as an incentive one would have the option to test drive the upcoming vehicles. That would be a BIG motivator for me to again attend the event.
I'm pretty sure many here know how hard it is to even get a test drive on some existing production vehicles. A newly released high performance (and expensive too me) vehicle will probably be the same, except for the usual online influencers. I bought our LC without either a test drive or sitting in one (availability was an issue), which I'm sure some would consider foolish. But it worked out and I still feel lucky and satisfied with the decision.

I would hold out hope that they would have the new LFR thing at next year's events, but I think there is a near-zero chance of it being used for customers to drive. If anything it would just be on display to touch and sit in, or at MOST maybe Scott gets to drive people around in it.

Agree, probably too soon for Customers to drive. But what a marketing benefit if the new one was there (and not roped off). I would also be willing to pay more for a single Lap in it. The drawback would be the events would probably sell out! Could you imagine the response if they advertised the LPDS events with "first drives" even if it was only the right seat?

Oh yes absolutely if it is the true production supercar version expected, it would be a huge draw. I think sign ups would be hard to come by and certainly at higher cost!

What's your goal here? You have a 2021 in white(based on your profile) and it seems you have to get a USB based on your recent posts. USB was available in 2024. I don't think it has and will be changed much. Lexus already announced the 2026 inspiration series but they're Smoke(matte gray) and Wind(matte silverish). This is likely the final edition as well. And even if Lexus plan to announce the ultimate final edition, I'm still not holding my breath for a color that I would like. Now....if they bring back Structural Blue to be the final edition, that would get me thinking. Imagine Structural Blue as launch edition and Structural Blue as final edition.
If you have to have USB, I would just go ahead and get on the 2026 bespoke build. If you want to have the final edition, I think it's already here(2026 inspiration series). And if you just want a new car, well...the LFR(or whatever it will be called) is around the corner with highly likely more power. .
I'm going to wait for the LFR.
