I did my 1000miles which I paid for the oil/filter change myself within 2 months.
My complimentary 5K was done when the vehicle came out of this year hibernation at 3300 miles in May(one year after purchase).
My second complimentary 10k is schedule for next week before the 18months expiration date at about 4600miles. You have 18months or 24 months to use up your complimentary service regardless of mileage.
After that, I plan on doing annual oil/filter change at the minimum.

 

Personally I go by whichever I hit first, mileage or time interval.

For my LC it's a moot point since I hit 5k miles before 6mo every time.

 

Alright. Just called the dealer and they said they recently changed the complimentary service from 18 to 24 months from date of purchase for you to use it.

 

What is this second complimentary oil change, of which you speak???

You have 2 complimentary service. One at 5k and one at 10k miles.

Edit. I’ve been mistaken. The first complimentary is at 1k that’s not including oil change. The second is at 5k and that includes an oil change. Sorry for the mis-info there.
