I have a 2022 LC500 and recently the USB ports have died. no phone hook ups or charging. tried different leads and no luck.
has anyone had this issue and if so how was it fixed?

The fuse that controls that should be in the driver side fuse box under the dash to the far left. Check the two fuses marked with red in the picture.

That said, if you've checked the fuses mentioned above and both are good, you'll likely need to take a trip to the dealer for diagnosis.

My wild *** guess is corrosion in the connections for the USB ports (internal connections for the wire contacts, not the port itself). That would explain lack of current in the port without a bad fuse.

 

damn..I hate when a issue never has a resolution comment lol.

 

Added some add'l info above based on my rudimentary knowledge of electronics (aka cleaning NES cartridge contacts with isopropyl alcohol).
