I’ve had my 2021 convertible for about 18 months now, and noticed the fronts are significantly worn on the inside. I don’t even have 9K miles yet, so this feels extreme to me. Both fronts are wearing the same, and the rears are wearing evenly. I’m not upset about replacing the run-flats, but wondering about alignment. It doesn’t look like the recommended specs have much camber or toe which I would expect to lead to unusual wear. Are others experiencing this? Is everyone sticking to stock alignment specs? Mine may have just been off from the beginning. 🤷 Appreciate any feedback.
I'm having the same issues on my 21' convertible. Had the car in for 15k service and it was pointed out to me. Looks like it's just toed out a bit. If that is the case then I would suspect the car may even steer a bit better after the toe is set correctly. I will go another 5k then do the tires and alignment.
Yeah stock wheels and suspension - not lowered or anything like that. I suspect I’m running too much camber…
Lexus is notorious for toe'ing in their front alignment specs for better handling, at the expense of the inner tire wear. I'd suspect the LC is no different (???).

Toe spec is pretty neutral but you are right about it from a camber perspective, which is what will cause the inner wear. LC factory specs allow up -1.5 degree in the front and -2.1 degree in the rear to be considered factory aligned.

2 deg of camber is not going to cause excessive inner wear in 9k miles if toe is set closer to zero/neutral. OP needs their alignment checked to ensure toe is close to zero/within spec.

Yes agreed - was just making the point that Lexus factory front Toe spec is not whack, it's neutral (rear toe spec skews slightly positive). OP may be and likely is out of alignment entirely, but if the Toe is off and causing inner wear it is not by design. The LC factory front Toe spec is -.08 - +.08 degree and a good shop will land it right in the middle at 0.00 or 0.01 degrees.
I am lowered but here are my alignment specs post new tires and alignment last week, in case it helps anyone
I’m going to get it checked out. It is very strange that both fronts are doing it evenly, so not like one got knocked out from a pothole or something like that. They may have just done a very good job on aligning both sides as issues,

Definitely this. From your sig I'm sure you've been dealing with this on the IS!
Some dealers/shops will only put the car into factory tire eating specs, so finding one that can go just a tad out is the best solution. Or just manually give it another turn or two
2021 /24k km checked for wheel alignment as during a periodic check three weeks ago. Same "issue" with light inner tire wear. Lexus mechanic said they see it quite often.
