Tricky question and, at the end of the day, the only right answer is the one which doesn’t leave you with a knot in your gut, once you’ve made the decision.
That said, and especially if you’re planning a PPF anyway, you could always take the white car and, if you don’t like it, wrap it in something interesting (I’d do a deep purple, but I’m probably just weird like that…)
I failed to advise that the ultra white with dynamic in-stock is ultra-desirable and rare to find ready to go, at least, in my shopping experience. There will be a deposit made on this at dealer's store (and covered transport paid by buyer) or with a dealer swap somewhere possible near by. I faced this and lost one almost.
Addendum. My dealer told me and I have read verification by some on the forum that Lexus has not taken "special orders" since Corvid. There are references to Japan not accepting/approving build slots being given to buyers by dealers and buyers being put-off month after month. I cannot personally speak to accuracy of reports.
Mine is 2021 Ultra White with red interior, Dynamic Handling Package. I love the car as is. Red or Green with Caramel interior is fantastic combo as well. I would say wait as red is your preference especially if you get the 2026.
I have the white and no it was not my first choice of color. Same with interior colors, black was not my first choice either. But I couldn't pass up the discount they offered (23 purchased in 24) and I prefer to be less conspicuous which is probably an oxymoron driving the LC. I also detest the "premium paint" up charge.

Yes, Regardless of the color the LC 500 is going to draw attention. It just stands out from all the other vehicles seen on the road. That body is a statement.

Well said. It truly is a one-of-kind. The thought put into aesthetic of body and design and interior (forget awesome on road performance) I discover everyday. Even the key fob mimics the body curve's grace.
Hard to even comment, color preference is a personal preference. I have an Iridium Inspiration, so of course that's the best color. However, if you wanted Infared and settle for white you will question that choice for many years to come. Now back to choices: USB has the best eye appeal followed by Nori Green. The Infared is eye candy from hell butt too "In your face" for me. It is also known as 'Arrest me Red' and can't make it through a speed trap. Of course this might be just my opinion.
Another consideration in your color choice may be paint maintenance. White and Silver are the easiest to maintain and perform minor corrections. Red and Black are the most difficult to prevent minor marring and swirls. Car wash habits can make a major difference in paint appearance. This may not be a big deal to you or you could be over the top obsessed about it like me.....
