My ‘24 looks even on both sides when viewed externally. But when viewed from inside, the passenger side seems to have a bit more of a gap.
There’s no wind noise or water leakage.

There is a fix/adjustment for this, as I advised previously have your dealers reach out to their district service rep who can enlighten them.

Thanks. So I understand, the procedure would be while setting up the appointment for maintenance, tell them to contact the District Service Rep about this issue prior to arrival? I only ask since I've forwarded the photos to the Dealership the second day of ownership and they didn't seem concerned (said it didn't leak while they had it).

Any idea what the actual adjustment/fix is in case?

Since Lexus is aware of the issue your service dept can reach out to their district rep for the fix (prior to or during your car’s visit). If for some reason the district service rep is not aware of the issue/remedy, he/she can contact their liaison at the factory for the adjustment procedure; again this is a known issue and the vehicles should not have left the factory this way and the dealerships should have have addressed it prior to delivery. It is a straightforward adjustment. Hope this helps.

Can the adjustment be DIY'd?

I doubt it and even if so leave it to the dealership. Btw I understand any concerns about collateral damage.

So dropped into the Dealership for them to review the right side gap and seals. Initially the Service Manager said they haven't seen/heard of this before but if needed they would get the Rep involved. Told them I'd wait in case before leaving it. In back one of the Technicians said they new exactly what the problem/fix was since it was previously discussed during a roundtable meeting. Not sure what they did, but the light hole on the right side when viewing from inside out is gone. The seals also appear to match around the windows side to side now at the tops edge when the windows are closed. Took them about 1.5hrs.

The Top was not adjusted, still about .100 difference left to right on the pinch/mating surface. I was told there is no adjustment for the tops seal pinch (which still appears cockeyed when looking at it).

Right side light hole gone.

Left side seal window closed.

Right side seal window closed.

Left side seal window open.

Right side seal window open.

Can you provide dealer info? In case it becomes an issue my dealership cannot resolve. TIA.
