Is there a "free" site where I can put in a vin # and see the window sticker with the listed options?

Got Monroneys on my LC (2018) and LC460 (2012). Cost $9.99 each. Both were complete, swift and accurate. Tried to bag one for a friend’s AMG C-63, but his is a 2013, and the MB reports only go back to 2014.
