Orange is before blue is after PPE headers. Dyno is practically the same. The temperature during Dyno was about 32F before headers and 96F after. The tech noticed the AF to be around 13.3 vs in the 12s before. Just curious what you guys think. Mods are FBO, RR tuned intake, Magnaflow Cats and Exhaust. TIA.

What exhaust? Your before looks high, stock should be between 345 and 355 RWHP. Your after looks low, headers with exhaust should be in the 390s at the wheels. my last Dyno, and few years ago I was at 392 and a friend without cats was at 399.
You need to remove the cover on the RR intake for best results per RR with the tuned intake on a dyno. Also you should have went with comparable temps. A 60 deg difference is obviously going to rape your IAT which vastly affects your timing so its not even really a fair comparison.
Blue graph looks bumpy like it’s pulling timing. The air temp is definitely affecting power output. The leaner af ratio indicates more air is flowing, all else being equal

this. You can’t compare the two. That’s a massive difference in air density.
Here in Indy we can see cars ET change by a half second between the humid summer and the cool fall. It makes a massive difference. You should make sure you have a good tune and just dyno when the temperature drops again, this time with the air box lid off. Your numbers will be better.

Thanks! Good to know for next time. Ya, I'm in Houston, so I won't see those temps for 6 months, if I even see them again. Lol. I knew it wouldn't be ideal, but I thought I'd see some gain at least, since it does feel much faster. But I get it, not apples to apples. FWIW, both dynos were performed the same way (neither one had the airbox removed). I'll check again in winter.
I thought I was the only one that noticed that, I would think that in itself would make a huge difference it was a lot hotter in the after from 32F before to 92F after
