Back in the market for a Lex after my TLs aren't cutting it for me...looks tastefully modded and wondering if any recognizes/ knows the previous owner or anything about the history(73k miles)...wanting to make a move on one soon. .
That quick huh? If it makes you feel better, I was the first person who saw and drove mine at the dealer the same day it was listed. Had a deposit on it the same day and finalized the sale. I was on the phone with them within an hour of the listing going up. The previous owner had dropped it off on trade that same morning lol
like everyone else said already you have to move quick, when i bought my 1st isf i went to take a look at it before lunch, went to lunch with my wife and later on that day i was the owner of the car. when i was buying my second one i was looking for a 2012 so the chances were even slimmer, i found one in texas and called the dealership which told me there was another potential buyer from minnesota that he just got off the phone with so i put a deposit down on the car so nobody would buy it, a few weeks later i was the owner of the car.
Yep don’t hesitate, especially on a 10 or newer because they have the LSD and especially on a 12 or newer because there are only like 750 2011-2014s. I flew 1200 miles and drove back with mine.
I inquired about that one since I'm in Dallas. It had some really ****ty Ruff racing wheels on it which kinda sketched me out. The salesman said he had someone from Oklahoma and another from California trying to work a deal on it within a day.
The interest must be piqued among the new buyers now, because it certainly was not the case when I was looking for mine....a lightly modded, clean Nebula Grey/Orange Interior with 74k miles took like 7 months to move. I opted for my current one due to lower price and less miles.
The dealer wasn't able to detail mine before I came to take a look. Had the deposit down the same day.
I requested they don’t wash, vacuum or detail mine since they had just gotten mine within an hour of me calling lol. My thought process was I wanted to see it as the previous owner cared for it.

Advice taken, I put in an offer on one in the PNW that popped up today, just submitted terms to put a hold on it and hoping for a 2,000+ mile break-in trip starting this weekend. Stay tuned, F fans. .
p.s. attempted to negotiate the L certification but apparently, it has sways and LCA's done already so it didn't qualify. I requested they clear bra it, but it already has a full kit.
