I guess as long as it's not too costly to alter, a real pain in the behind to install, or compromise your safety. I'd say go for it! But I do like the color of the F interior more! This looks okay but compared to the F red interior this looks rather dull. If I'm not mistaken there's a member in the F forums that can embroider the F logo. You should search for his thread.
I was told its a direct bolt on. the color is the same the seats have been seating for a while. I think after a nice detail it should bring them back to life.
Back seats are not direct bolt on. 2006-2012 is platforms are I think direct bolt on as I've researched swapping out my ISF rear seats for is250 - 350 back seats

There not the same color, the F red is a lot more saturated/vibrant. The 3rd gen is a nice color too, but it looks more dull Imho.
I really like these seats. Buddy has a 2015 f sport. They are very comfortable. Be really cool if you could hook up the air coolers in the seats to a switch.
