Thanks for the info. By the way i did replace the o2 sensor for (p2238) and we cleared the cel code, after 20miles of driving, it came back up!!!

Also all this happened after disconnecting the battery...

i had the same problem
after my exhaust installed
replaced the o2 sensors
some say just replace the 4 of them and no headache

i dont think its the o2 sensors..maybe because i have ppe headers/Simulator that cant read or not working since i disconnected the battery??

if that is the case, how do i reset the Simulator ? un-plug it? and re-install?

i really dont know what to do now..

You shouldn't need a simulator for primary sensors. They are Air/fuel sensors. Sensor "2" is designed to monitor catalyst efficiency, that is where you would need a simulator. If you have a simulator in sensor 1 there is a problem.
