Default Wheel offset thoughts

I've been looking at a set of the new SSR GTV-03s. Am I right that given these options, these will give the best fitment without rubbing?

Front: SSR GTV03 Wheel - 19×8.5 / 5x114.3 / Offset +38
Rear: SSR GTV03 Wheel - 19×9.5 / 5x114.3 / Offset +45

It fits perfectly with the stock tires without rubbing.

This will give you an idea. I have these sets. I'm dropped on bc coils.

1 BC Forged 19x9 +35 19x10 +40 245/275 tire combo. No rub.

2 Volk TE37 19x8.5 +28 19x9.5 +35 245/285 tire combo. Very slight rub in back because of 285 tire.

3 Volk TE37 TTA 19x9.5 +22 19x10 +35 245/275 tire combo. Rear rubbed enough where I got my rear fender rolled. 265 rear tire and it would have had no rub. Front rubs slightly on full turn left.

You most likely will not rub with that setup, presuming you're sticking with stock tire specs. The offsets are only slightly more aggressive than the stock IS F wheels, so you're pretty good there. Should you decide to upsize tires, I would roll just to be safe. I believe that most members who go 275+ with a slight drop have experienced some slight rubbing. Have you considered what tire combo you want to run with those wheels?

I would go with +25 front and +35 rear. Stay with stock tire size or 245/275 combo and it will not rub.

with that setup you will not rub.

We do plenty of the IS-F setups and they fit fine with that setup.

We even use 20 " setups with the following

20x9 + 38

20x10 + 45

245/30/20
275/30/20

lowered & no rubbing.

&

BC Forged setups

with the exact same setup as how yjk1975 has.

You will be fine

Big-ups to the OP and all who contributed to this thread, it was spot on for me and now I understand exactly what my wheel fitment options are.

I will run the PSS. Not sure on size. Would like more rubber on the ground but don't want rubbing or harshness from lower profile.
