I've used tirerack. Most shops will kill you on the install charges from them.
Last time I used tirebuyer.com everything is paid for online including the install cost. They ship to a shop near you. You'll get a call that they're in, make an appointment and have them installed... I really liked this method when i did my truck tires. Not the best selection for the ISF, but they have the michellins

i was there earlier. and the price is higher than my dealer +_+ my dealer charge $1700 fir tires and service. while tirerack is selling almost $400 for a piece
Tire Rack for me, but sometimes there are deals even deeper through retail sites such as Mr. Rebates or eBates. It just depends on the product, site, and time of year.
