So yeah I noticed today that my check engine & traction warning lights where on. I've had the PPE headers on for 2-3 months now with no problems. I haven't done anything new to the car. Gas cap is tight btw. I scanned the code at AutoZone and it read one error:
P2195 Air fuel sensor signal stuck lean:
-Failed AF sensor
-Failed AF sensor heater
-Failed AF sensor heater relay
-low fuel pressure, plugged injector, vacuum leak
Make sure the ground is secure under the fuse box where the wires were messed with, reset it, see if it returns. Search for my old thread, I think it was the same code.
"We haven't seen that code before. It is for the front O2 sensor. I have attached the install instructions for the O2 conditioner. Make sure all the wires are pushed firmly into the connector for the ECU. Sometimes the wires can come a little loose when pulling out the connectors to wire in the O2 conditioner."

Been raining on and off today. Imma check out the connections tomorrow
When I had that code, it was because the wiring for the passenger side a/f sensor had to be extended during the installation, due to the relocation of the a/f sensor. After driving for a while the connection got loose/bad and caused this.
I don't have the wiring diagram in front of me but I'm pretty sure you can perform a continuity test from the PCM connector to the sensor side of the extension harness to give yourself an idea if the extension harness is giving you an issue. It just seems like a logical place to start in my mind.
I used those connectors that have solder inside and heat shrink to prevent water from going inside. It'll be a pain to fix though, due to the tight fitment.
All the wires from the 02 conditioner to the ecu are tight and look good. Paul sent out 2 new 02 wire extenders, and will be installing them as soon as they get here. We still don't know why I'm getting the code :/ If the new wires don't help then I guess next route would be a new 02 conditioner ...ugghh
