I don't know of anybody that advertises IS-F tranny rebuilds. That being said a company called Sheptrans in Ohio rebuilds GTR, EVO, and other trans. His work is top notch and AMS even had a stage 3 rebuild of their trans done by him for their 1,600HP monster. Im sure he has the skill/knowledge to rebuild the trans im just not sure what kind of parts availability there is for the F. You might want to see if Dodson or PPG makes anything for the F. If you had to have parts machined like circlips and gears you'd be looking at huge money...

 

Thank you staman! I am actuall lloking for an upgrade for the clutches and valve body upgrade. I already found a company that will do the Valve Body mod (Level 10) but im still searching for the upgrade for the clutches and other internals. There is a company here in PR that will modify the Torque Converter for a higher stall speed and for higher HP. Dodson and PPG do not make anything for the F and im still waiting on a reply from Sheptrans to see if they carry internals for our tranny. Ive also emailed IPT to see if they have a rebuild kit with upgrade clutches but no reply so far.

lets see what happens...

I seriously thought about doing exactly this conversion because I like the AA80E's paddle shifting so much and I can't heel/toe any more.
