Default Rattling noise from?? Sound Clip inside .

I have this pretty loud rattle that I hear from inside the car that is coming from the rear. I first thought something in my trunk and it wasn't so I checked the spare. I took everything out and yet I still gear this rattle. It happens whenever I go over a decent bump on the road. Anyone come upon this issue before I take it into the dealership?

Listen @ 12 seconds, 17/18, 30/31. You will hear the rattle.

all you need to do is put the middle thing down. Its the plastic drink holders rattling. Mine is always down for that reason.

nope not at all. Its only when i go over bumps. Im going to take it into the dealership next week cause its driving me nuts. Only problem is, around the dealership there isn't any bumpy road so its hard for me to duplicate it. hmm.

If it isn't a blown speaker or stuff rolling around in the trunk, it might be a loose bolt or a rock rattling somewhere inside the body. Hey it happens! Good luck.

mine was the rear brake light cover. it had come apart at one corner and I just snapped it back together and everything is perfect again. It may not seem apart from just looking at it...i had to take it completely apart.

I had the same rattling for months, it drove me crazy. I thought it was coming from the trunk or the rear but I just couldn’t pinpoint it. After reading about others with the same noise, turns out it was the sunroof all along. What a relief to finally find the culprit and get it repaired

It could possibly be your exhaust hitting the metal crossbar. it's located right around the mid to rear passenger seat area.

Any updates on this? I think I have a similar sound that is worse at cold start up, especially this time of year.

Yeup the same noise and its the sunroof plastic dangling on the driver side. How did you fix the issue? The only way I see is to replace the whole plastic piece.

Currently have the same issue. it looks like it's this part , https://www.lexuspartsnow.com/parts/...214-63010.html . at first glance looks like the headliner maybe possibly have to come out to replace it. as a temp fix some guy wedged paper towels in that area, which I'm not doing. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...with-pics.html . . . if the sunroof cover is closed the noise is almost not noticeable.
