Default Wrong Tire Size? Need help please

I finally got my Enkei PF-01s, 18 x 9.5, +45 offset with Toyo 285/30/18s on all four corners.
I think the front ones are too wide for the car. There's only couple of millimeters space between the front tier and suspension.
I went with the above setup based on many recommendations on this forum. Where did I go wrong? What shall I do?
Please help.

may not be just ur tires.. but could be ur +45 offset in the front for a 9.5" rim.... and IMO I think a 285 tire should be goin on a 10-10.5 rim...

This tier/rim combo has been tried and recommended by several members here! I wonder if they are using spacers!

Borla True Dual Exhaust: Part# 12656

Drop in filter (the blue one? AFE maybe?) '

Hope that helps!

Do you have any issues with clearing stock brakes with your setup or fender clearance issues? Sorry for bugging you, I'm a newbie and don't want to buy something that's not going to work.
Also I've heard youve done really well in races with your setup... Would you reccomend your setup for me ( a HPDE newbie) who just plans on going to 5-7 HPDE's per year??

SCCA Forums is definitely NOT using spacers or he would have said.. (also this wouldn't be wise from what I've read on here to use them at the track....)

I work at a place that sells/installs wheels & tires. If its not making any actual contact then you should be fine.

There's barely any space between the tiers and front suspensions. I'm able to slide a piece of paper and move it freely though when the car is jacked (fourth picture).

I drove the car for a couple of KM's and there was a winding noise at speed.
I noticed some scratching marks on the suspensions arms when I removed the wheels.

Sounds like the Toyos are little on the wide side of spec. Kumhos and Hoosiers are known to fit. There are variances between manufacturers.

They shouldn't be different since they are exactly the same spec.
Toyo was recommended to me by Vivid Racing! I assume they know what they are talking about.

I really don't know what to do now!

Have you contacted them about this? They might tell you to shave the insides a bit but I'd hate to do that
