If you're lapping for an extended amount of time, the motul will likely mean the difference between boiling the fluid versus not.
interesting, which track?

Only the fluid. Pads depend on the track. Some tracks are OK for dual purpose pads, some are race pad only.

AFA the Motul making a difference - not really unless you're cooking the brakes. What makes you think this is bleeding the brakes and getting the bubbles out. Brakes ALWAYS feel better after a bleed regardless of fluid brand. This is also the reason so many buy braided stainless steel wrapped brake lines and say their pedal feels so much better. It's not the lines. It's bleeding the bubbles out because nobody bleeds their brakes, tests them, then installs braided stainless lines and tests again.

Hey there, I think I shared this list with you in our FB chat (this is Rick BTW).
https://www.lelandwest.com/brake-flu...ison-chart.cfm

I ran OEM fluid and high temp street pads (Stoptech Sport) for a few years without issue. You will be fine for now. But next fluid change, you might as well upgrade to hi temp fluid.

After I had a few years experience, I made the mistake of upgrading to track pads but still OEM fluid and boiled the fluid and lost all braking on track. Very scary moment that could have been catastrophic. Lesson learned.

I've run Project Mu G-Four and now Castol SRF.
See you on the 13th! 😉

Looks like the current "best" from a price/performance perspective is AFCO. The price listed on the site is a little low, but even at $24.95 list price, it's cheap and has a very high wet boiling point. Dry boiling point is academic. Sort by wet boiling point and look at price per ounce for your best bargain. And you can't beat Castrol SRF for performance. Nothing else is close.

Is ATE TYP200 good choice?
I currently run Project Mu G-four 335 in my ISF, the car will never see the track.
I have a brand new can of the ATE TYP200 (1L) left over from my other brake job. Thoughts please?

ATE is good fluid. I'd run it especially if I wasn't tracking.
