The #1 mod for an IS-F IMO is a LSD.

Like the OS... Even if you put ET streets on, you are going to have 1 tire burn because it's an open diff unless you have a 10+. My car already spins completely stock all the time... It's actually quite useless.... Really wonder why lexus went the cheap route on a sports sedan.

LSD's aren't only good for dry, but when it's snowing or wet, helps me alot since I can predict how the cat will react instead of doing all sorts of wild **** because one tire has grip and the other doesn't.

Good job on the run though I gotta get my F out to the track!!

Does anyone know how compatible the 2011 Torsen LSD is to install on a 08-10 ISF or the OS Giken? I've been contemplating dropping one of these in for a while. Does the LSD use a different differential case? I can't seem to find it on Sewell parts.

I know a lot of the BMW 335 guys installed M3 LSDs in their cars but they had to a fair amount of modification.

Is it safe to assume that the drivetrain components are the same in pre 2011 cars? (Drive shaft and rear axle components?)

edit: I just remembered they added the LSD in 2010 models. So 08s and 09s are the only ones without one.

edit to my edit: Just figured out that diffs are interchangeable but the price appears to be more than what you would pay for an OS Giken. http://www.lexusfforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1871

O seriously doubt when I pull the trigger on this F I found that I will ever crest past 380whp But it's nice to know tranny slippage isn't as big of a deal as I've made it in my head.
