Rear view mirror is loose

My rear view mirror is loose. I was wondering if there was a screw behind the plastic molding piece that I could tighten. It's still under warranty, but if it's something I could do in a couple of minutes, I'd rather do it myself.

yeah there is crew behind the base in the square box where is attach to the windshield, you remove that plastic cover and tight the screw, good luck

I read somewhere that it was a problem they fixed under warranty because of that issue. Does the dealer just tighten it up or is there something else they do?
