loose rear view mirror - normal
I've never heard of this. How loose are we talking? Does it bounce around while your driving as though it's being held in place by something but not securely mounted? If so, you might just need to pop it back into place. If I recall correctly, the mirror itself is only secured by several plastic clips and wires. You can try giving it a good push with your hand to see if it pops back in.
It's rare but it has happened to my HS (6+ years old). Remove the plastic cover on the windshield and tighten the nut if you want to try if this is your case, if not bring it in to the dealer at your next servicing and it should be under warranty.
